server-backup
A private tool that backs up its owner's personal home server to the owner's own Google Drive.
Who uses it
Only its owner. It is not offered to the public, and no one else can sign in to it or use it.
What it accesses
It uses Google Drive with the drive.file permission. That means it can only see and manage the files it uploads itself, which are the encrypted backup files. It cannot read any other files in the Drive.
What it does with data
- Backups are encrypted on the owner's server before they are uploaded.
- No data is collected, sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising or analytics.
- No data leaves the owner's server except the encrypted backups, which go only to the owner's own Google Drive.
Removing access
Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Contact
The owner can be contacted at the support email shown on the app's Google sign-in screen.
